About AIHA Agudas Israel Housing Association (AIHA) is a registered BME Housing Association that provides over 900 low-cost homes for members of the Orthodox Jewish community in need throughout the UK. The charity contains affordable rented housing, and low cost homeownership, retirement housing properties, residential and nursing care homes, supported housing, and a mother and baby home.

Schonfeld Square: AIHA has brides its let general needs properties with sheltered retirement and care amounts in its flagship scheme. These include the RIBA Housing Project Design Award, British Homes Awards, Housing Project Design Award and Happi Award amongst others.
