Matching Green developments
Matching Green is currently developing Dockley Road, a development of approximately 12,000 sqft of commercial and retail space, as well as 111 apartments arranged over 1 – 8 storeys. Designed in collaboration with Poggi Architecture and S333 Architecture and Urbanism, Matching Green is developing the site as a venture with Nuffield College, Oxford.
The project will create a new pedestrian street which connects Spa Road and Dockley Road. Activated by the traders in the existing railway arches, a new series of commercial units will also be created opposite the arches, contributing to the array of artisan producers on-site. This will create a lively street open for Saturday market trading forming a key part of Southwark’s Low Line walking routes and establishing a centre of activity and enterprise.
