Industry Shares
Property experts highlight the significance of the property market in the UK for buyers and landlords alike. New homeowners fulfil their homeownership dreams, while landlords are making a living out of renting a property. It is fulfilling to see high numbers of landlords per capita despite challenging market settings and strict government policies for landlords.
Interestingly, property technology (PropTech) and digitisation allow us to live in one part of the UK and invest in a property in the other. It allows landlords to make better financial decisions and take new opportunities without relocating.
