DisclaimerWe have created an automatic ranking system for new-build homes in London based on several critical features around the development, like schools, parks, and transport infrastructure.
We have developed this new analytical tool to calculate the scores based on the location data. Note that AutoScore values are not set by us or anyone else – everything happens automatically.
In recent weeks, the project's design team has been actively collaborating with the local Council's planning department. They've been diligently working on several minor modifications to the designs. Although individually these alterations may seem minor, collectively they are anticipated to significantly enhance the entire project.
Some of these changes are aimed at facilitating the construction process, crucial for maintaining the project's timeline. Additionally, adjustments to pathways along Station Approach are geared towards enhancing accessibility. These modifications are intended to benefit individuals with different needs, such as parents with pushchairs, individuals carrying heavy shopping loads, or those using wheelchairs, ensuring easier access to the new retail areas.
