Broadway Living developments
To create safe, sustainable, high-quality, and affordable homes and spaces for the communities in Ealing. Broadway Living is critical in solving the housing crisis in Ealing. Ealing Council has set up and wholly owned Broadway Living to deliver social housing to the people of Ealing who need it.
There are two entities under Broadway Living: Broadway Living Ltd Broadway Living Limited which offers housing development, and consultancy services and Broadway Living Registered Provider owns and manages affordable housing; it is a registered provider and is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.
Broadway Living was set up to help Ealing Council create 2,500 genuinely affordable new homes by 2022.It will be primarily achieved by concentrating on the council's land and working with partners to build more high-quality, socially rented homes. The group has also set up a sustainable, long-term housing development program, using money from private sales to deliver more genuinely affordable homes.
