A series of minor modifications to the approved designs for the redevelopment of the Millbank Tower Complex have been submitted to Westminster Council. These amendments aim to refine and enhance the existing plans, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of design and functionality.

A highly anticipated venture slated for 2024 involves the redevelopment of the renowned Millbank Tower complex, a project that secured approval from Westminster Council back in April 2016.

Situated along the banks of the River Thames, this Grade II listed structure is on the brink of a significant transformation led by the esteemed prime London developers, Reuben Brothers (known for projects like One Carrington 2024 and Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch 2025). Nestled directly on the Embankment, the site occupies a crucial position in London, surrounded by conservation zones and iconic landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey. Its visibility from the Parliament Square World Heritage Site further underlines its significance.

The planned redevelopment entails an elevation in the height of the 33-storey Millbank Tower, adding three additional floors to reach a towering 36 storeys, while the shorter section is set to gain an extra floor, elevating it to nine storeys.
