Plans for Social Rent Homes in Feltham's 'New Road Triangle' Gain Approval

A planning application in Feltham, known as 'New Road Triangle', has been granted approval following a comprehensive online public consultation. The project team incorporated feedback received between January 11 and January 25, 2021, making a significant change by designating all proposed affordable homes as social rent (council) homes. Notably, the decision to transform all three-bedroom family-sized homes into social rent properties marks one of the most substantial increases in family social housing in Feltham in recent years.

The application, submitted in March and accepted by Hounslow Council in April, is now available along with supporting documents on Hounslow Council’s website via the application number P/2021/1258. The project website will remain active until planning permission is finalized.
