St John’s Wood Square Limited is the company behind St John’s Wood Square, a major residential development in one of London’s most established prime neighbourhoods. The project is set on 5.5 private acres in St John’s Wood, on a historic site formerly associated with The King’s Troop and The Royal Horse Artillery for more than 100 years. The development combines new residences, landscaped gardens and the restoration of the Grade II-listed Riding School, creating a private residential address shaped around heritage, architecture and long-term place value.
The leadership team brings together senior experience from some of London’s most significant real estate projects. Sir George Iacobescu CBE serves as Executive Chairman and is widely associated with the transformation of Canary Wharf, where his tenure covered more than 30 million sq ft of development. Gareth Stow, Chief Executive Officer, brings more than 25 years of real estate experience, including work on large-scale residential projects at Lendlease in the UK and Australia. The team also includes Tom Mann as Sales, Leasing & Marketing Director, with a background advising on super-prime London developments such as Chelsea Barracks, 1 Grosvenor Square, The Whiteley, Lancer Square and Holland Green.
The project is delivered through collaboration with internationally recognised architects, designers and specialists. Partners include Squire & Partners for concept and façades, WilkinsonEyre for the restored Riding School, EPR Architects as lead architect, Andy Sturgeon Design for landscape architecture, Richards Stanisich and Yabu Pushelberg for interiors, and Multiplex as main contractor. This team-led structure positions St John’s Wood Square as a design-focused London developer and project platform, with an emphasis on heritage preservation, craftsmanship, private gardens, wellness amenities and the creation of a lasting residential environment in a rare central London setting.
