SMC Property developments

SMC Property (trading under SMC Investcorp Limited) started operating in the UK in 2015 and have since been growing their development portfolio in London and the surrounding boroughs. SMC is the UK arm of a larger Asian company that was incorporated in 1952 which had started off manufacturing parts for household consumables and tech.

As the company grew in success it diversified into construction and property development across the world. SMC Property draws on the experience gained from larger projects successfully completed in Asia and has ambitions as a company to grow exponentially over the next 10 years to become a recognised leader in the house building industry in the UK
