Welcome to our website outlining our new proposals to redevelop 313-349 Ilderton Road.
You may be aware that we obtained a resolution to grant planning approval from Southwark Council’s planning committee in December 2018 (planning application 17/AP/4819) to redevelop 313-349 Ilderton Road in two building of 11-15 storeys to create a mixed–use development of 130 homes and 1,660 sqm. of commercial space.
Since obtaining that consent we have been approached by the University of London (UoL) who have expressed interest in using the southern block of our development as student housing. In response we have submitted a new planning application for this change of use (planning application 20/AP/1329)
While the southern block will now contain 250 student rooms the mass but the bulk of the development will be virtually identical and follow the approved footprint of the scheme. The northern block will contain 58 affordable homes, a 26% increase from the 46 proposed in the original scheme while the commercial space will remain unchanged.Disclaimer
