Borough Triangle

Borough Triangle is an ambitious mixed-use development by Berkeley within the SRF in the heart of Borough, London SE1. The development, which is being designed by Maccreanor Lavington, will provide 892 new homes distributed across four bold buildings measuring between 5 and 44 stories high. The arrangement caters to all types of lifestyles and includes studio apartments as well as four-bed family homes, some of which are wheelchair-accessible.

Occupying a spirited and connected corner of South London, Borough Triangle runs off Newington Causeway and is just a few minutes walk from Borough Station and Elephant & Castle. This prime urban location offers  proximity to cultural landmarks, green spaces, shops, and restaurants, making it perfect for city living.

The development aims to promote a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere. At the base of each, flexible town center units will accommodate a range of retail, leisure, and community uses. Two historic buildings at collapsed buildings at 82 and 83 Borough Road will be refurbished for local community use, adding character and connectivity to the site.
