Crescent House is a development planned for 130-140 Wembley Park Drive, near Olympic Way and Wembley Park Station. The project involves replacing the current college building with two apartment buildings, one standing 31 stories tall and the other 18 stories. These buildings will contain 307 homes, along with commercial and community spaces, and bicycle storage. The plan also includes improving the area around Wealdstone Brook.

The housing will consist of 14 studio apartments, 119 one-bedroom apartments, 128 two-bedroom apartments, and 46 three-bedroom units. Building A will offer 222 homes for purchase, while Building B will provide 85 rental homes. Every apartment will include indoor space and either a balcony or some form of outdoor area. The majority of homes are designed with windows on two sides to maximize natural light.
