Darwin House

Darwin House is a residential development project located at 104 Grosvenor Road, Pimlico, London SW1. Work is due to finish in July 2026 and will replace the existing 1980s Darwin House, the former Balmoral Castle Public House, and 23 garages. Under the new development will be two buildings that have a total of 52 affordable residential units.
