Hackney Council developments

Hackney Council is constructing over 3,000 new homes at more than 30 locations across the borough as part of its ambitious regeneration program. More than half of these homes are designated for social rent and shared ownership.

The council is demolishing aging council blocks that are uneconomical to repair and replacing them with modern, high-quality properties. These new homes aim to provide residents with genuinely affordable housing options.
