80 South Lambeth Road, London SW8 1RG – Vauxhall
Keybridge Lofts in Vauxhall is the coolest place you can go (well, who knows–but in fact, it may be one of London's best areas). It was created by some developers called Mount Anvil and FABRICA by A2Dominion, and they hoped that these super high buildings were going to change what living in the city could be - really nice buildings with stuff to do on every street in every neighbourhood. It's even got one of the tallest chimney stacks in Britain - it's actually made out of crick (to give off an aged look). Its decor blends new design with traditional building materials, so it's a touch of the avant-garde, but still seems rather nostalgic.
It is in an area called Nine Elms, which has been redeveloped front to rear and has parks, restaurants and places to see now as attractions right nearby. They have flats with one, two or three bedrooms, and they have penthouse and duplex ones as well. All of them are full of windows, plenty big, and they used some really good materials. You can see right across the city and out over the river from there, and they also put a lot of things to do into the place, like gardens and other award-winning little extras.
Keybridge Lofts is located at 80 South Lambeth Road, SW8. It is near the Vauxhall tube, train and bus stop. You could be in Victoria in four minutes, Oxford Circus in under ten minutes and King’s Cross in fifteen, all from here. It's a really trendy area for buyers now. This location, by the river but very near everything, is central yet quiet too.
If you look at the map, you'll find many things nearby like cool stores, cafes and other interesting fan-watching opportunities as well. Vauxhall Park, Nine Elms Park, and the Thames are all within a couple of minutes' walk. So you get the best of both worlds here - nature and city living. They've been putting a lot of money into the area lately, and there have been new schools, offices and developments all over the place.
Each individual unit of Keybridge Lofts is loaded with fantastic contemporary stuff which will withstand the test of time. They have open living rooms, wood floors and the best appliances in the kitchen for those all-important meals. The bathrooms and their tiles look really simple but nice indeed. Most apartments also have a balcony, which makes the place seem larger, and the building itself looks really cool because it is all done in brickwork.
If you live on their top floors, rest assured, moving in will not be a burden. In addition to the 24-hour concierge and there is a spa with a pool, sauna, and fitness gym stocked with the latest equipment. Residents' lounge, gardens, parking for your bicycles and even an underground car park. All this makes Keybridge Lofts the perfect place to live, both as a home and for rent.

Choosing a floor plan might be tricky, but it shouldn't be so. See 3 quick tips below to pick only the right layout for your new home.
Tip 1 — Measure it all
You might already know your desired square footage when choosing a new home. Generally, more bedrooms mean more space, which also drives up the prices.
However, modern developers offer smart floor plans so you can make better use of the space. For instance, a studio with an open floor plan can be much more efficient and affordable than a typical 1-bedroom apartment with a traditional floor plan.
Tip 2 – Go with the flow
Once you have picked one or several layouts, you need to imagine living in the space. Visualise daily activities like laundry or cooking: is it convenient? Do you have enough space?
Online interior design apps that offer 3D visualisation (many of them are free) are time-savers here. Just download the desired floor plan from 1newhomes, upload it to the website you chose, and get a 3D render to visualise living in your new home.
Tip 3 — Do not neglect flexible space
The current lifestyle dictates its own rules. That’s why you need to consider flexible space in your perfect floor plan to have room for a home office or a gym. In addition, be sure to check that your new flat has a lot of natural light. The importance of the latter goes without saying.
