The regional base for Lanes Exclusive Homes’ operation in Hertfordshire is prominently situated at a busy road junction and pedestrian thoroughfare in Hertford town centre.
Whilst this office is the base for all off-site sales/marketing activity and administration in Herts and Essex it is substantially supported in terms of purchaser referrals and site promotion by our other new homes Hub in Enfield Town, where a similar team of new homes professionals would be on hand to capture the ever present and increasingly important migration of new home buyers up and along the A1 and A10 corridor from the North London Boroughs.
Our North London new homes Hub is based in Church St, Enfield and for over 25 years has sold the majority of the new schemes and land in both the Enfield and Barnet Boroughs.
