All Birchgrove assisted living apartments feature the very best in contemporary design, and are built to make day-to-day living easier. Our apartments are specifically designed for people in later life, featuring waist height appliances for easy access in the fully fitted kitchens.
The en-suite showers and all doors and corridors will be wheelchair accessible for freedom of movement, plus there will be a concierge and 24 hour staff presence at all times.

Residents have access to exclusive on-site amenities such as the restaurant, a Club Room and Snug with bar, the exercise studio, a communal terrace overlooking the river and landscaped gardens and greenhouse. Getting to know the neighbourhood in Ewell Village
Lower Mill Apartments is located within the Ewell Village Conservation Area to the South West of London on the Kingston Road at the junction with Meadow walk, with close proxiity to Ewell Village High Street.
The location is characterised by the historic nature of the Mill House and the Hogsmill River which runs along the southern boundary of the site with attractive woodland beyond. Ewell itself is well served by an extensive bus service, providing access to a full range of local community services. It has an excellent local rail network with regular services into Central London while the A3 and M25 provide links to London and Portsmouth.
