Rejuvenation Endeavor Revealed for Paddington Green Police Station
The residential-focused initiative led by Berkeley near the West End Gate plan in Paddington Green, London W2, is poised to revolutionize the district.
Outlined by Squire and Partners, the venture will entail erecting three structures ranging from ground level to 14 stories and ground to 31 stories. It will incorporate business zones, a total of 556 housing units (210 of which are earmarked as affordable residences), landscaped spaces, and specifically allocated areas for cycling and convenient car parking.
The expected focal points of this initiative encompass a substantial proportion of new budget-friendly residences, an innovative communal amenity, rooftop gardens for inhabitants, considerable commercial and administrative areas likely to create more than 450 job opportunities, improved public zones, and an environmentally friendly stretch alongside Newscastle Place. Moreover, the program vows to donate more than £17 million towards the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and S106 contributions, guaranteeing significant encouragement and advancement within the community.
