Delivering a modern office campus anchored by Ted Baker’s new global headquarters, a building currently known as ‘The Ugly Brown Building’ will soar to new heights of sophistication.
Bearing no resemblance to its current aesthetics, the redevelopment will see the waterside location transformed.
Set within a new public realm, the scheme will be home to the Ted HQ and a further 600,000 sq ft of office accommodation which will sit alongside new restaurants and a Ted Baker themed hotel to be completed in 2022.Disclaimer
