Vistry Group builds the UK's largest volume of affordable mixed tenure homes. We are a responsible developer and our purpose is to work in partnership and deliver sustainable homes, communities and social value, creating a lasting legacy of places people love. We have a national footprint, we develop sustainably across 26 regions in the UK and we build homes for people who need them right across the UK. We sell many of the homes that we build in the open market through three recognisable brands, such as Bovis Homes, Linden Homes, and Countryside Homes. We sell the large proportion of homes we build to build through our business-to-business brand Countryside Partnerships. Our existence in Countryside Partnerships is recognisable for its multi-tenure and regeneration work. We work with a partner to build homes for all tenures. Many of these homes would be defined as affordable.
