Countryside Partnerships, part of Vistry Group, and SNG (Sovereign Network Group) have officially commenced construction on the first phase of the Northwick Park development. This milestone marks the beginning of a transformative project set to bring new homes, community facilities, and enhanced infrastructure to the area. The Northwick Park development aims to create a vibrant, sustainable neighborhood, blending residential and communal spaces designed for modern living. Both partners celebrated the groundbreaking, highlighting the project’s potential to bring long-term benefits to the local community and the surrounding environment.

Recent photos reveal the ongoing progress at the Northwick Park development by Countryside Partnership. The first phase of this extensive project, valued at £270 million, will bring 654 new homes to the area.

In 2019, the proposed development underwent thorough public consultation, with a second public exhibition held in October and initial public consultations in June. Following these consultations, in 2020, a planning application was submitted for the project. Later that year, in December, planning permission was granted for the development, marked by reference number 20/0701.

The approved plans entail the construction of new housing and commercial spaces on the hospital staff car park and boiler house, situated between the hospital and the adjacent playing fields. The Brent Planning Committee sanctioned the project during a session held on 9th December 2020, marking a significant step forward in the realization of this development initiative.
