Global investment group Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) has taken the 4th floor of 70 Broadwick Street for its new European headquarters.
Shaftesbury has signed a 10-year lease of 17,429 sq ft ahead of completion in Q4 2022. The building is targeting BREEAM Excellent accreditation featuring near net zero carbon heat pump heating, photovoltaic panels on two floors and integrated biodiversity with extensive planters, living walls and a green roof.
The 4 th floor has its own dedicated entrance, features a private, wrap-around terrace with panoramic views across Carnaby and central London, with access to a 2,000 sq ft roof terrace on the 6th floor providing more outdoor amenity space.
