Just a few moments’ walk from Highgate Village and with leafy views into the trees of Waterlow Park, we’re planning to build an exceptional collection of 5 new houses on Highgate Hill.
As always, we’re led by design and are working closely with the architects at Bureau de change to include beautiful brick details with turrets and soldier courses. We’re also focusing deeply on the environmental credentials of the scheme, proposing numerous elements such as flourishing green roofs.
Working alongside the talented teams at Bureau de change, Maddox Planning and Scenesmith, we’re incredibly excited to improve the existing site to create a new landmark entrance into Highgate.
We’re currently in the planning stage, awaiting a decision from the council. The houses are not yet available for reservation, however please get in contact if you’d like to be added to the registered interest list.
