The Olayan Group has appointed Skanska for the internal fit-out of 29 residential apartments at Knightsbridge Gardens, which forms the final part of the K1 development in the northern end of The Knightsbridge Estate.

The £24 million works include the communal areas, a club room, as well as hard and soft landscaping for an internal courtyard garden located on the second floor.

The fit-out is due to be completed at the end of 2022.

The new apartments wrap around a landscaped courtyard garden accessed privately by the residents through an orangery.
