This apartment allows you to discover a vibrant riverside neighbourhood, right in the heart of sought-after east London.
This modern apartment in Bromley-by-Bow is just a short walk from the River Lea, surrounded by independent shops and bars and near to a number of popular attractions like the Olympic Park.
Leaside Lock will form part of the most important regeneration schemes in East London since the Olympics. E3 is home to entrepreneurs, dreamers, makers, creators, and innovators and Leaside Lock is right at the heart of all of this. What’s more, these apartments are also positioned between The City and Canary Wharf and just a stone’s throw from the capital’s most exciting cultural hubs at the Olympic Park.
Whether you’re heading into London for the daily commute or looking to work from home, this community is perfectly placed for modern living. As well as excellent transport links from nearby Devons Road DLR or Bromley by Bow tube station, residents can also access superfast broadband at home or within the dedicated co-working spaces.
Leaside Lock has been designed to be sustainable in a number of ways. There’s plenty of outdoor space, including a shared courtyard garden and riverside park, as well as facilities that serve all that live here. Furthermore, photovoltaic panels provide affordable and sustainable energy for communal areas, which alongside the combined heat and power system, allow for increased energy efficiency and reduced monthly outgoings.
Bromley-by-Bow is the gateway to the Lower Lea Valley and Stratford Opportunity Area, which is one of the largest regeneration projects in the country. There are over 50,000 jobs being created along with new parks, improved water spaces and wildlife habitats. While there’s lots still to come, there’s already lots here including The International Quarter, one of London’s most exciting business districts and innovation campuses like Here East.
