Ready for occupancy.
Millstream Tower sits on Station Road in Tottenham Hale, North London, in Zone 3. This area has seen a lot of upgrades to its infrastructure recently. It's right next to the Tottenham Hale Underground and National Rail stations, so it's easy to get to the Victoria line and major job centers for quick daily commutes. The area mixes homes with transit hubs, shops, and access to river and park routes, making it a convenient urban place built around getting around easily.
The local area has both city life and nature. Parks and rivers add to the quality of life, and there are schools, supermarkets, cafes, and leisure spots nearby. For families, the location is good for homeowners and renters because it's easy to get around, has lots of services, and is part of the Tottenham Hale upgrade as a key transportation area.
The building is a medium-sized apartment building with a range of units designed to have good space and comfort. The apartments have smart layouts, large windows, and private outdoor spaces. The interior design is simple and durable, meant to last a long time and be easy to maintain, rather than following short-term trends.
Residents can use communal gardens, a roof terrace, secure entry, and social areas. The apartments are what you'd expect from a modern buyer: functional layouts, solid build quality, and included amenities. If you want to buy a finished home instead of one that's still being built, this place is ready now and shows you exactly what you're getting, so there are no surprises.
Newlon Living built the property, and it’s ready to move in, so you know the timeline and what it will look like. Apartments range from about 56 to 72 square meters, with mostly two-bedroom units available. The one- and three-bedroom homes are already sold, showing that there’s good demand for places in North London with good transport links and established infrastructure.
From a market point of view, the price is in line with other finished homes in Zone 3 upgrade areas. The price depends on the apartment size, design, and whether it’s ready now, rather than the risks of future construction. There are materials like a location map and photos to help buyers see the area and design before making a decision. As a finished apartment project, it combines transport, home quality, and local amenities into an appealing offer for long-term living or renting.

You can buy an initial share of between 25% -75% of the property’s value, and pay a subsidised rent on the proportion you don’t yet own. You can choose to increase the share you have in your home as your income increases, until you own 100% of the property.
This scheme makes getting onto the property ladder affordable and flexible, as the split between owned/rented is based on how much you can afford to pay.

Today we own or manage 8,000 homes in boroughs across north and east London. Newlon provides a wide range of affordable housing, including Shared Ownership homes and we have an experienced sales team dedicated to helping you take a first step onto the property ladder.
The project included demolishing an existing structure and building a new 22-story residential tower. The new structure contains 128 units, including 117 shared ownership apartments, 11 private sale flats, and one commercial unit.
David McKenzie, managing director at Kier Construction London, South & Strategic Projects, commented: “The handover of Millstream Tower marks another successful project in our long-standing relationship with Newlon Housing Trust and forms an exciting new landmark in Tottenham Hale’s expanding community.
“I am especially proud of the design features on this building, the cantilever design over LUL lines and achieving a gold Secured by Design accreditation, as it demonstrates our teams’ expert capabilities in finding innovative building solutions to complex challenges on site through collaboration and the use of modern methods of construction.”
Ezinne Ogbonna, Business Development Director, Newlon Housing Trust added: “I am really proud to be providing new, high specification, affordable homes at the heart of one of London’s most exciting new town centres. Millstream Tower is located immediately adjacent to the area’s excellent public transport facilities and the project benefited from the innovative solutions developed by Kier in order to be able to work on a complex site situated at the heart of so much existing infrastructure.”
This is Kier’s seventh project completed for Newlon Housing Trust. The previous projects include Repton Street providing 86 affordable homes in Limehouse and Glasshouse Fields with over 200 affordable homes in Tower Hamlets.
