The carefully considered interiors blend the best of 21st Century design with all the comforts you would expect from such a statement building.
Living room
With their neutral colour palette of warm greys and cool whites, these living spaces are as minimally stylish as they are warmly relaxing. Oak flooring continues out onto the balconies through large patio doors that make these apartments wonderfully light and airy.
Bedroom
There’s a touch of a SoHo boutique hotel about the aesthetic of the bedrooms. The very modish dark floral wallpaper behind the bed rest provides the character while the thick woodpile carpet brings the comfort.
Bathroom
These spacious tiled bathrooms are designed for you to unwind while contemplating on that scented candle. When not indulging in a long luxurious bath, the glass enclosed thermostatic rain shower by Hansgrohe awaits for after that morning run.
Kitchen
Enter the kitchens and the colour scheme changes from muted to bold with slate grey units offset by silvery mist coloured splash backs. Large quartz effect worktops, chrome taps, and deep enamel sinks add to the sense of sophistication.
En suite
All two-bedroom apartments benefit from contemporary en suite bathrooms. With all the stylish flourishes of Millstream’s other apartments, including LED downlights, chrome fittings, and large ceramic Manhattan tiles, these bathrooms with a rain shower by Hansgrohe are additionally snug thanks to underfloor heating.

DisclaimerWe have created an automatic ranking system for new-build homes in London based on several critical features around the development, like schools, parks, and transport infrastructure.
We have developed this new analytical tool to calculate the scores based on the location data. Note that AutoScore values are not set by us or anyone else – everything happens automatically.
You can buy an initial share of between 25% -75% of the property’s value, and pay a subsidised rent on the proportion you don’t yet own. You can choose to increase the share you have in your home as your income increases, until you own 100% of the property.
This scheme makes getting onto the property ladder affordable and flexible, as the split between owned/rented is based on how much you can afford to pay.
CAN I APPLY?
Most people who do not own a property are eligible to apply for Shared Ownership with Newlon Living. To qualify you should fall into the following categories:
You must be a first time buyer who cannot afford to buy a suitable home on the open market. You should have access to savings to cover the cost of the mortgage deposit, mortgage valuation or survey, legal fees and stamp duty (where applicable).
Priority will go to people who live or work in the London Borough of Haringey. Gross household income must not exceed £90,000 per annum.
NEWLON LIVING
Newlon Living is part of Newlon Housing Trust, an award-winning charitable housing association founded in Hackney in 1968.
Today we own or manage 8,000 homes in boroughs across north and east London. Newlon provides a wide range of affordable housing, including Shared Ownership homes and we have an experienced sales team dedicated to helping you take a first step onto the property ladder.
The project included demolishing an existing structure and building a new 22-story residential tower. The new structure contains 128 units, including 117 shared ownership apartments, 11 private sale flats, and one commercial unit.
David McKenzie, managing director at Kier Construction London, South & Strategic Projects, commented: “The handover of Millstream Tower marks another successful project in our long-standing relationship with Newlon Housing Trust and forms an exciting new landmark in Tottenham Hale’s expanding community.
“I am especially proud of the design features on this building, the cantilever design over LUL lines and achieving a gold Secured by Design accreditation, as it demonstrates our teams’ expert capabilities in finding innovative building solutions to complex challenges on site through collaboration and the use of modern methods of construction.”
Ezinne Ogbonna, Business Development Director, Newlon Housing Trust added: “I am really proud to be providing new, high specification, affordable homes at the heart of one of London’s most exciting new town centres. Millstream Tower is located immediately adjacent to the area’s excellent public transport facilities and the project benefited from the innovative solutions developed by Kier in order to be able to work on a complex site situated at the heart of so much existing infrastructure.”
This is Kier’s seventh project completed for Newlon Housing Trust. The previous projects include Repton Street providing 86 affordable homes in Limehouse and Glasshouse Fields with over 200 affordable homes in Tower Hamlets.
Shared Ownership homes are available through Newlon Living starting from £355,000.
