Priority will go to people who live or work in the London Borough of Haringey. Gross household income must not exceed £90,000 per annum.

This is Kier’s seventh project completed for Newlon Housing Trust. The previous projects include Repton Street providing 86 affordable homes in Limehouse and Glasshouse Fields with over 200 affordable homes in Tower Hamlets.
