Developers Latimer and Fairview New Homes plant to create a new mixed-use waterside scheme in Brentford, West London.

The joint venture plans to deliver 333 new homes as part of the new waterside scheme. Developers plan to transform a 3.5-acre Brentford Dock site into new private and affordable homes, with each apartment equipped with solar panels and air source heat pumps.
Hounslow Council received a planning application from Fairview earlier in 2022. Property specialists expect to get a decision in the summer this year.
When finished, the development will boast 333 new homes, ranging from studio and 1-bedroom flats to 3-bed apartments. In addition, developers will create new commercial and public spaces, with the latter opening up a part of the Thames Path.
Developers Comment
Fairview confirms strong interest in partnership with Latimer (the development arm of Clarion) and creating a new waterside development. This project will be the first part of the new JV, with more plans to deliver new mixed-tenure homes together in the future.
