One The Thames is a development project situated along the River Thames in London WC2. It consists of two buildings, one facing The Strand and the other overlooking the River Thames. The project is also referred to as Arundel Great Court - North and South Site.
The Arundel Great Court - South Site, part of One The Thames, is being constructed by Avondale Construction. The residential flats and hotel rooms are designed by HCL Architects. These new riverfront apartments and penthouses are accessible through a grand entrance on Temple Place. The apartments facing the river feature spacious balconies designed to complement the waves of the river and the curved bow of the classic HQS Wellington, which is anchored to the east of the site. The architectural elements are inspired by how light interacts with water, reflecting onto the hulls of passing yachts and ships.
The development offers a vibrant community with residential flats and hotel accommodations.
On-site facilities include a swimming pool, fitness suite, gallery, and events rooms.
The building design incorporates elements to enhance the riverfront living experience, such as spacious balconies and grand entrances.
The project is conveniently located right next to Temple station, providing easy access to transportation.
