Orion Land is a privately-owned property development and investment company operating either independently, or with financial partners in joint venture structures.

Led by Chairman Richard Olsen and building on over 30 years’ experience in the property market, we specialise in identifying under-utilised land and buildings in urban areas suitable for regeneration. We deliver large-scale mixed use developments, maximising returns for our funders and shareholders.

We have a positive and forward thinking approach which together with our passion for regeneration provides new homes where well being and place making lies at the heart of all that we create.
