In March 2024, Lazari Investments and Whitbread PLC began working on a project of their own where they converted part of the car park under The Brunswick Centre into what at that time was the most environmentally friendly and smart Premier Inn hotel yet. This has seen a previously underutilised, two-storey basement space being transformed and re-purposed to serve as a 207-bedroom hotel while preserving historical features.

In a significant decision, Camden Council's Committee has granted approval for Lazari Investments and Whitbread PLC to proceed with their plans to transform a portion of the Brunswick Centre's underground car park into an eco-friendly hotel.

The current underutilized space, shared by NCP and the London Borough of Camden for resident parking, will undergo a remarkable metamorphosis, giving rise to a sustainable hotel boasting 207 bedrooms, along with dedicated reception and food & beverage areas.
