This redeveloped 220,000-square-foot site, once home to the 1930s Gaumont Palace Theatre, now offers versatile retail space, a spacious pub, a 600-seat independent Chelsea cinema with enhanced accessibility for disabled individuals, an upgraded Waitrose store, 47 new luxury residences for rent, premium office spaces, and a rooftop bar boasting panoramic views of Chelsea.

The available properties at 'The Gaumont' include a Rooftop Bar, Office Space, Retail Units 1A, 1B, and 2, along with 4 Creative Units. Additionally, 47 luxury apartments for rent are set to launch in 2024. 

The opening of 'The Gaumont' will occur in stages, with the rooftop bar and retail units expected to open in Q1 2024, followed by the remaining spaces in Q3. The final phase of openings will coincide with the unveiling of a public art installation by Shezad Dawood in Autumn 2024.
