With its 'topping out' completed, this purpose-built development is now one step closer to welcoming its future residents, promising a new standard of retirement living in one of London's most cherished neighbourhoods.
Elysian Residences, in collaboration with Kingscote Construction, recently celebrated this landmark moment for The Oren, a 44-apartment scheme designed by Alan Stanton of the renowned architectural practice Stanton Williams.
The event was attended by a wide range of people involved in the project, including consultants, subcontractors, and investors, along with team members from Elysian Residences, Kingscote Construction Ltd, AJ Morrisroe and Sons Ltd, and Stanton Williams Architects.
Speeches on the day were made by Elysian Residences CEO Gavin Stein, Kingscote Construction Ltd Managing Director Andy Beckett, Owner and Principal Director of Stanton Williams Architects Alan Stanton and CEO of AJ Morrisroe and Sons Ltd Brian Morrisroe.
In an age-old tradition to mark the milestone, the construction team presented an engraved silver trowel and ceremoniously placed the final brick into the roof. It's a ritual that highlights the efforts of the team and the progress made so far.
Looking ahead, Elysian Residences will launch a Show Suite for The Oren in August 2023. Situated in Belsize Park, the suite will allow potential homeowners to view a scale model of the development, individual apartment floor plans, specifications, and learn more about the available services and amenities.

EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, has acquired the £150 million Elysian Residences development in Hampstead.
The acquisition marks the Fund’s debut in the UK luxury later living sector as it looks to grow its portfolio in London.
Elysian Residences is an investor, developer, and operator dedicated exclusively to the luxury later living sector. The company already operates two schemes in the UK – The Landsby in Stanmore and Wildernesse in Sevenoaks, with a further three developments under construction, and five projects in the planning pipeline.
The development in Hampstead will offer a range of apartments available for purchase, with extensive hotel-style amenities and support if needed. Elysian Residences will act as the developer, operator, and operating partner with build completion expected in 2024.
