Riverside Approach: The Riverside Approach is a large mixed-use residential development located on Watling Avenue in Edgware, North West London. This is part of a Barnet-supported £1billion [this should read 1bn] regeneration scheme for the Burnt Oak area aimed at developing new residential, community, and commercial infrastructure to create a modern urban centre. Situated around 405 metres from Burnt Oak Underground Station on the Northern Line, the development provides direct access to Central London and excellent commuter connectivity.
