The Watling Gardens estate in Cricklewood, London NW2, is undergoing a significant transformation. The project aims to deliver 125 new affordable homes across three modern, energy-efficient blocks. These residences will include a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom flats, as well as 45 one-bedroom units designed for independent living under Brent's New Accommodation for Independent Living (NAIL) initiative.

The homes will help meet the needs of some of the area's most vulnerable people, offering shared facilities including lounge and games rooms, and landscaped front and rear gardens.

Watling Gardens estate is poised to undergo a transformation, bringing forth 125 new affordable homes designed to meet the needs of modern living. Carefully crafted across three new blocks, these homes will epitomize energy-efficiency, modern design, and accessibility.

Of the 125 new homes, 80 will offer a diverse range of sizes, including one, two, and three-bedroom flats, catering to various household needs. Additionally, 45 one-bedroom self-contained residential flats will be dedicated to Brent’s New Accommodation for Independent Living (NAIL) project, fostering independent living for vulnerable individuals.
