Under Construction
HubCap repurposes commercial buildings to deliver living spaces such as co-living and aparthotels, revitalising central urban locations.
This strategic site in the heart of Wembley Central was previously closed off to the community. We worked with architects Maccreanor Lavington and social impact investment fund manager Bridges Fund Management to turn this into a living and inviting place, with 239 rental apartments and ground floor space returned to the public realm.
The site has been transformed, with 68 apartments available at discount market rent, and a new public square and community centre, and it’s now a significant and valuable neighbourhood asset.
The whole of the ground floor area has been opened up for public realm, community use and retail.
This phase adds to our Wembley Link scheme, bringing extensive new gardens to the recently delivered Phase 1 public realm. Glenn Howells Architects have designed the second phase which is creating 256 more build to rent homes.
As the name suggests, Wembley Link will provide a coherent physical and community connection between other new developments in Wembley town centre and Wembley Park.
Beautiful new gardens delivered as requested in community consultation
DisclaimerWe have created an automatic ranking system for new-build homes in London based on several critical features around the development, like schools, parks, and transport infrastructure.
We have developed this new analytical tool to calculate the scores based on the location data. Note that AutoScore values are not set by us or anyone else – everything happens automatically.
The site has undergone a remarkable transformation, offering 68 apartments at discounted market rent, along with a new public square and community centre. It now serves as a significant and valuable asset to the neighbourhood.
