43 homes for local first-time buyers.
Pocket Living is proposing to develop 43 homes for local first-time buyers on Mandeville Street E5. These affordable homes will be sold only to people who live or work in the borough at a 20% discount to the market value. We also are proposing to build three open market sale homes.
This will be our third project in Hackney, and we have successfully completed over 1,000 homes across London. Our homes have enabled first time buyers to get on the housing ladder in their local area.
Our application is for 43 one-bedroom discounted homes and three open market sale homes, with landscaped roof gardens for communal use. The discounted affordable homes will be priced at a 20% discount to the local market and will only be available to people who live or work in Hackney.
The seven-storey development will look to regenerate an area formerly used as a health care centre, offering much needed homes for local people within the area.
Our discounted homes could help price 14,000 key workers in Hackney into homeownership. You can help us to make this happen.
DisclaimerWe have created an automatic ranking system for new-build homes in London based on several critical features around the development, like schools, parks, and transport infrastructure.
We have developed this new analytical tool to calculate the scores based on the location data. Note that AutoScore values are not set by us or anyone else – everything happens automatically.
A new seven-storey development is set to revitalise a site previously occupied by a healthcare centre. The project will deliver much-needed homes, addressing the housing demand for local residents in the area.
An application has been made for 43 one-bedroom homes available at discounted rates, alongside three properties for open market sale.
