Waltham Forest Council has approved plans for the third phase of Feature 17 development.
Developer Countryside has been working in partnership with Waltham Forest Council since 2016 to deliver a three-phase regeneration of the Marlowe Road Estate.
The final phase will deliver 258 new homes, marking an uplift of 141 homes from the existing permission, of which 43%, or 112 homes, will be affordable.
