Garratt Lane: A Place to Call Home

Garratt Lane is a big housing project in Earlsfield, part of Wandsworth in London. Higgins Homes is building it as part of a bigger plan to fix up Garratt Lane. It adds a mix of apartments, houses, and townhouses to this already nice area in Southwest London. There are 69 apartments along with houses and townhouses. The buildings are set up to make a good place to live, with new stuff for the community. It's on Wilna Road, which is in Zone 2, so it's easy to walk to Earlsfield station and other important places.

Garratt Lane is in a great location for getting around. Earlsfield station is about an 11-minute walk away, and from there you can get to London Waterloo in about 13 minutes on South Western Railway. Southfields Underground station on the District line is also easy to get to by walking, which makes it even easier to get around London.
