Our Proposals will Deliver:
New homes, including a policy compliant quantum of affordable housing.
Commercial floorspace at ground floor for community and retail uses.
A hub for small/local businesses and office space on the first floor.
In line with the wider ambitions of the area, our proposals will seek to active the ground floor of the site and improve connectivity along the Thames Path and Battersea Bridge Road.
Given the early stage of the project, we want to hear your views on these elements before we progress any further.
We will hold a second exhibition later in the year when we have more details about our proposed new building.
