Related Argent has secured a £243 million loan from ICG Real Estate to support the final phase of a Build-to-Rent (BtR) development in Tottenham Hale, London N17, which encompasses 484 new rental homes. This phase is part of the Heart of Hale regeneration project, a £600 million scheme managed by Related Argent that includes 1,032 new homes, a blend of market sale, on-site affordable, and BtR housing, spread across seven buildings.
The second phase, involving the construction of 1 Ferry Island and 2 Ferry Island designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMN), will offer premium amenities, shared living spaces, and an anticipated completion date of Q4 2026. This development aims to deliver modern living with a range of amenities, while also contributing to the local community with new civic spaces, public art, and activities. Retail and commercial spaces, including shops, cafes, leisure facilities, and offices, will line the main square.
Jai Patel, Managing Director of ICG Real Estate, stated: "This substantial development loan reflects our ambitions in this sector and enables the delivery of 484 much-needed new homes in the U.K. capital, alongside new public realm, leisure and retail amenities for the local community."
