Kindred House is a 25 storey, mixed use regeneration scheme, that will create 128 new homes above flexible office, retail and leisure space very close to Croydon town centre. This elegant tall building will become a new landmark for Croydon and will be surrounded by new landscaped public spaces to improve the look and feel of the local street scene, bringing life and activity to a previously under utilised part of Croydon Old Town.
The project replaces the council-owned Wandle Road Car Park.
