Developer CC Land has achieved remarkable success in sales and unveiled ambitious plans for the Thames City development in Nine Elms, London SW8.

Situated on the sprawling 10-acre former New Covent Garden Market site, Thames City encompasses an impressive array of 12 residential and commercial buildings. Ranging in height from 4 to 53 storeys, these structures are complemented by a sprawling park that extends from the Vauxhall Bridge to the Battersea Power Station.

The development boasts 1,500 luxury residential units, with a combined saleable area of approximately 1.8 million sq ft. Among these are three primary towers soaring to heights of 36-53 storeys above the basement, offering breathtaking panoramic views across the London skyline.

Phase I of the project concluded with the final tower's completion in August 2023, marking a significant milestone. This phase generated an impressive £495 million in sales revenue from 280,300 sq ft of sold space. Such resounding success facilitated the full repayment of construction loans within a mere 17 months, underscoring Thames City's status as a beacon of excellence in London's thriving real estate landscape.
