3 Olympic Way is a key piece in the emerging urban Wembley Masterplan brought forward by Hycgan. The brief was to realise the client’s long term commitment in the area through a mixed use scheme complimenting and expanding their adjacent properties as one complete urban block.
Design goals were to achieve a successful approach to dense urban dwellings through external/internal quality of apartment space, amenity wellbeing offer (with future flexibility) and maximise landscape opportunities with value based on a lifecycle approach.
The scheme aims to maximise the site potential with; 178 apartments over 2 buildings, a 250 key 3* hotel and 105 key 4* extension to an existing successful hotel. Setting this into the context on the ground floor is 1500msq of retail space activated by new landscapes to Olympic Way and North End Road.
Broadway Malyan was employed for both Architectural and Landscape services to develop and submit planning designs within the Brent Council Pre-App process.
DisclaimerWe have created an automatic ranking system for new-build homes in London based on several critical features around the development, like schools, parks, and transport infrastructure.
We have developed this new analytical tool to calculate the scores based on the location data. Note that AutoScore values are not set by us or anyone else – everything happens automatically.
A new development is currently undergoing review as part of the Brent Council Pre-Application process. This step aims to ensure that the project aligns with local planning guidelines and community needs.
Exciting progress is evident at the Olympic House development site in Wembley Park HA9.
