Orchard Wharf by Regal London

Orchard Wharf, a proposed £500 million development by Regal London in London E14's Poplar area, is a mixed-use project set to transform the waterside.

The envisioned scheme encompasses the construction of new residences, a last-mile logistics port featuring warehouse and office spaces, and versatile commercial areas.

The development aims to introduce 217 affordable homes, constituting 35% of the housing, comprising a variety of apartment types including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Additionally, the project plans to accommodate 1,365 student beds.

Enhancing public spaces is part of the proposal, with plans for improved landscaping and the establishment of a fresh pedestrian route that connects to the East India Dock Basin.

Orchard Wharf's location rests on the north side of the River Thames, positioned between East India Dock Basin and Trinity Buoy Wharf, directly facing the O2 Arena. It's approximately 6 miles to the east of central London.
