Diamond Build has reached the final stages of construction at the £28m Park North development in Tottenham, London N15.
The residential part of the scheme is on track to achieve practical completion by 31 January 2023. 22 of the 48 new homes have now been sold.
The 13,000 sq ft of office element on the ground floor of the building is due to be completed by April 2023. One half will become Diamond Build Group’s head office and the other half offered to local Haringey businesses at an affordable rent.
The purpose-built office will provide open-plan accommodation for all employees at Diamond Build PLC, Diamond Special Works and Diamond Fire Safety.
Local start-up businesses will have the option to rent individual desk space at 50% affordable rent for the next 10 years. A total of four private offices are available to lease with a separate entrance, reception, kitchen, toilets, and meeting rooms.
