Ready to move in apartments this September!
Belvedere Gardens
An overwhelming sense of luxury flows through the living spaces at Belvedere Gardens. Enduring contemporary design accentuates the classical scale and proportions of the rooms, while floor to ceiling windows fill the space with light and focus the eye on that spectacular skyline and river views.
A seamless blend of elegance and practicality, the kitchen perfectly complements the living area. Equipped to the highest standards, stylish and sophisticated, the kitchen is a social space designed to cater for everything from small, intimate gatherings to large-scale entertaining with ease and flair.
Bedrooms of distinction, with private balconies offering a sensational perspective on the world outside. The generous space, rich textures and flush of natural daylight create a luxurious and restful environment in which to relax and enjoy a personal view of London.
These generously proportioned bathrooms take elegance in design and function to the next level. The approach is clean, fresh and modern, with considered use of materials and beautiful stone finishes adding subtle layers of style and refinement.
Thirty Casson Square
The apartments and penthouses at Thirty Casson Square can be personalised with one of two sophisticated colour palettes. Drawing influences from the natural surroundings, the River and Garden schemes work in harmony with the fixtures and fittings. River is the lighter, more reflective choice, designed to echo the ebb and flow of the River Thames. Garden is rooted in nature, with richer, earthier tones influenced by the nearby Jubilee Gardens.
Flooded by light from the full-height windows, the living spaces have a light touch, with space to relax, entertain and watch the ever changing panorama of the city.
Accentuating the open plan design, the kitchens are elegantly understated but highly specified, with luxury quality appliances and sophisticated finishes, ideal for all occasions.
A calm and serene environment with floor to ceiling windows, carefully-layered illumination and generous built in storage creates an effortless sense of relaxation.
An elegant and practical design featuring high quality natural materials and classic detailing, combined with practical walk in showers and functional storage - a perfect environment in which to relax and refresh.
Being right on the riverbank south of Westminster and near to the giant wheel of the London Eye, Southbank Place combines traditions of old architecture with modern city living. Along this strip, we find, among other things, the capital's best galleries and theatres, to which residents have only a short walk from home. It's a cultured address in London, a rare combination of day-to-day convenience and civic prestige.
The project consists of built work by major practices, with architectural componentry such as courtyard spaces, landscaped routes and the retained structure of the Shell Tower itself subtly on show. A cool, ground-level mix of cafes, restaurants and boutiques around York Square sharpens the place's profile as both a residential enclave and high-quality location.
It's all about walking tracks here: you can walk in comfort to the Houses of Parliament, 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace. By Waterloo and Westminster bridges, the City and West End can be quickly reached. The masterplan map, shown to us by Mr Cocker, quite rightly highlights that you can walk from place to place - there's the National Gallery or Royal Festival Hall, Tate Modern to Covent Garden or Mayfair.
In-and out-of-town infrastructure is built into the project. Thus, at ground level, underneath the podium, residents have a private health and leisure club with an infinity pool, gym and treatment rooms; the public areas include places to eat and drink from breakfast coffee right up past midnight. The images in the photo sections of this brochure are designed to show off entrance halls, wellness facilities and city. landscaping which are consistent with a quiet, located base.
Apartments at Belvedere Gardens and One York Square are representative of the same quality: designed kitchens featuring integrated Miele appliances, completely fitted stone bathrooms of top-grade bric-a-brac, storage in every conceivable place and material palettes carefully matched. The system is an integrated whole that includes under-floor heating, comfort cooling and integrated lighting control, plus wiring for AV/IT and powered blinds, all policed site-wide on security monitoring. All these details mean that each property should adhere to the form of modern living we expect today while maintaining its own. tempered interior identity.
Homes at Southbank Place have appeal to the international buyer on the basis of secure ownership and long-term South Central fundamentals; to the local buyer, they are a riverside address served by a good array of amenities and proven transport geometry. Price and availability queries are referred through the sales team, with phased completions reflecting those of the wider estate.

Southbank Place is set to unveil two unique sculptures that not only interact with natural sunlight but also offer a sustainable charging station for visitors.
Conceptualised and produced by Team Fisheye and Stefan Reiss, Lights on Data and O.T 1131 are a type of interactive urban furniture, as well as unique public art for everyone to enjoy.
Team Fisheye’s Lights on Data conceptual art installation doubles as a piece of city furniture, which uses the sun to create alluring shadow-play filled with colour, creating spectacular reflections whilst harnessing solar energy to provide a facility for users to charge their electrical devices.
Inspired by the visualisation of growth and opportunities in the renewable energy sector, which is expected to generate 42 million jobs by 2050, Lights on Data consists of a multitude of steel circles with integrated plexiglass panels - each one shining a light on a different region or job sector worldwide.
O.T. 1131 is a digital drawing transformed into a three-dimensional space using real, tactile materials. The contemporary piece of public art transforms the digital into a multi-coloured, mesh surface allowing natural light to interact with, and bring life to the artificial, digital design.
Originally part of the ‘Summer Lights’ display at Canary Wharf the sculptures will be located on Casson Square, Southbank Place, throughout Autumn.
Richard Oakes, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Qatari Diar, commented: “Southbank Place is a popular location, with a large number of daily visitors that live or work at the development, as well as those that pass through to the main attractions of the South Bank or to access Waterloo Station. Our objective is to deliver a programme of interesting and thought-provoking installations that the public can engage with and enjoy.”
Brian De’ath, Managing Director of Residential Sales at Canary Wharf Group, added: “The installations provide unique artwork that produces changing reflections throughout the day. They offer passers-by a place to sit and unwind, as well as the useful ability to charge phones and electrical devices using solar-powered energy. The pieces are a great addition to Southbank Place and one that we look forward to seeing both residents and wider London interact with going forward.”
The South Bank is one of London’s most popular tourist destinations, welcoming over 22 million visitors each year.
Once fully complete, Southbank Place, a mixed-use development by joint development partners Qatari Diar and Canary Wharf Group, will provide an additional 48,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and bars, plus 530,000 sq. ft. of office space, cementing the area as one of London’s most vibrant destinations. Current retailers include artisan bakery GAIL’s, Marks & Spencer, Boots, Pret A Manger and Island Poke.
One of London’s most desired residential addresses only five apartments remain at Southbank Place, one of London’s best-selling developments, with over 460 apartments sold since the scheme was launched at the end of 2015.
One of the final units available at the bankside development is one of the city’s most exclusive residences, The Penthouse at Belvedere Gardens building.
