Situated on Fish Island in Hackney Wick, just west of the Olympic Park, the project received detailed planning approval in 2019.

HG Construction and CA Ventures are celebrating a significant achievement as they reach the highest point of construction at their student accommodation development on Stour Road. This impressive project comprises 330 beds of student accommodation, a versatile commercial block, and various innovative spaces, including an incubator workspace for graduates, artists' studios, and a multifunctional exhibition and performance area.
