We are delighted that our proposal for a 32 storey residential-led mixed-use development on the Old Kent Road was approved by Southwark’s Planning Committee. This development raises the bar in carbon reduction for tall buildings through an innovative energy strategy which provides 69% less carbon emissions and a 32% reduction in residents’ energy bills.

Currently in planning for 219 homes and 33,000 sq ft of office space, Sylvan Grove forms part of the Old Kent Road regeneration scheme.
