We believe quality of life is the future of work
Brent Cross Town is delivering a new business community and ecosystem – innovative companies, academic organizations, start-ups, and scale-ups totaling 3 million sq ft of office space for approximately 25,000 workers.
Here are four benefits of joining this new community:
Networks and partnerships are becoming central for organization's competitive advantage.
Be part of our value network where members collaborate and co-create efficiently and cost-effectively.
We aim to provide venues for training, events, and socializing, and public spaces that maximize serendipity and connection.
Attracting and retaining the best talent is a vital part of a flourishing business.
Access to our 50 acres of parks and playing fields will encourage employees to participate in regular outdoor activities, promoting positive energy, emotional and mental recovery, and keeping teams engaged, focused, and confident in the face of challenges.
Our pledge is to deliver a net-zero carbon town by 2030.To reach this target, we will encourage walking, cycling, and public transport use, implement timber construction, and supply a zero-carbon heating network.
Why timber?
Offices will be built using full cross-laminated timber, pioneering healthier, more inspiring, and durable workspaces for London's future.

Related Argent celebrated the first topping out ceremonies at Brent Cross Town, the 180-acre, £8bn park town being delivered in partnership with Barnet Council.
The ceremonies celebrated the construction milestones of the first two residential buildings - Plot 12 containing affordable homes and The Delamarre, which will contain 170 open market homes.
The Delamarre ceremony involved representatives from Related Argent, Barnet Council, Invesco and NatWest (as investors) and from the main contractor Midgard, as the final piece of insulation was fitted.
The Delamarre building will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom open market homes. The first residents are expected to move in late 2024.
The Delamarre building is part of the joint venture with Invesco Real Estate which is acting on behalf of a US separate account client, to bring forward the first major phase of homes at Brent Cross Town, including 800 market sale and Build-to-Rent (BtR) homes, as well as retail and dining.
The first Brent Cross Town permanent park, Claremont Park, opened in June 2022, the first of seven parks for the area and is already well-used by existing local residents.
The new Brent Cross West Station is set to open by the end of 2023, making King’s Cross as little as 12 minutes away.
Sheffield Hallam University will open its first satellite campus outside Sheffield at Brent Cross Town,
Tom Goodall, Managing Director of Related Argent, commented: “We are delighted to mark these two significant milestones in the progress of the development of Brent Cross Town. With the first permanent public park opening last summer, and already a favourite local amenity for the existing community, two residential buildings now at full height, and three more well underway, the emerging town centre is visibly taking shape. It is a testament to the commitment and dedication of all involved that we have reached this point.”
John German, Managing Director at Invesco Real Estate, added: “The topping out of The Delamarre marks a significant milestone in our joint venture with Related Argent as it shows the tremendous progress the project has made since we closed in October 2022. This, coupled with the substantial headway that we have seen on the other three plots, vindicates our confidence in both Related Argent as a partner and Brent Cross Town as an investment for our client.”
Mark Pope, NatWest Relationship Director, said: “We are delighted to have been able to provide the support needed to progress this fantastic long-term project. This facility evidences NatWest’s continued support towards the undersupplied housing sector, and underlines what can be achieved when there is a strong sponsor in a great location with the right product offering.”
Kevin Keegan, Managing Director at Midgard, commented: “The ‘topping-out’ of the structure is a major milestone in the construction of any new building and has even more significance when the buildings are the first on a project of this scale and importance. We are delighted to be involved in Brent Cross Town development and thank Related Argent for giving us the opportunity to participate. With this being a net-zero town, we really are building the future of London.”
