Water’s Edge, which is the name of the housing development in question, is located on Mytchett Road near Camberley in Surrey GU16 6AF. The scheme consists of a four-storey building with 50 apartments set within a low-rise block. All the new homes in the development are sold out, and only resales can be had on the secondary market. The plan called for a lakeside residential community that balanced accessibility with natural surroundings.
